Open-cell NBR foam provides great softness and excellent grip.
This technology shows significant difference in grip performance compared to other NBR foam gloves in the market – which leads to differentiated performance in worker’s protection.
SUPER ADHESION ON CUT RESISTANT FIBER
PE based yarns have long molecular length and coated NBR tend to peel-off easily due to poor adhesion. PioTex developed a unique technology to activate PE yarn’s surface and improve the coating adhesion significantly.
This technology is applied to all Piotex cut resistant gloves.
BIO-BASED DYNEEMA® FIBER
Piotex is a Premium Manufacturing Partner(PMP) of DSM Protective Materials. Bio-based Dyneema® fiber used gloves leave less carbon footprint, therefore are more eco-friendly and sustainable.
YARN ENGINEERING
With in-house covering machine, Piotex is equipped to develop and mass produce dedicated gloves meeting the specific requirement of customers.
